Taylor Adolescent Program

Program Description

The Taylor Adolescent Program has existed since it was developed by  Sam Rabinovitch, Ph.D.,  Margie Golick, Ph.D.,  and  Renée Stevens, Ph.D., in 1971. Ever since, the program has served adolescents with normal intelligence who have learning disabilities. Specifically, these difficulties can take the form of verbal disabilities, such as reading and writing difficulties, and non-verbal disabilities, such as working memory or spatial reasoning difficulties. As a program of the Montreal Fluency Centre, our students receive support from late October until late June from university student interns who undergo a month of orientation and training prior to working with students.
