COVID-19 Response
The Montreal Fluency Centre (MFC) requires that procedural masks be worn in common areas and in the therapy room at all times (KN95 or N95 masks are also accepted). Cloth masks are not accepted. In certain situations, we may provide a special mask with a window to view your child’s mouth during the session.
The Montreal Fluency Centre (MFC) is committed to providing high-quality speech-language and psycho-educational services to children, youth, and their families, while supporting our dedicated team of clinicians and administrative staff who deliver our mission every day. Since the beginning of the pandemic, we have been operating on a hybrid model of mostly online services with in-person services as required.
As always, the health and safety of our clients, clinicians and staff are our first priority, and we will continue to implement measures to safeguard their well-being.
These guidelines and protocols have been put in place to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and to provide the best possible service. We thank you for your support in following all guidelines so that we can maintain a safe environment.
