Should you be worried about your school-age child?
If your child is experiencing academic difficulties, they may be language-based. In such cases, a language evaluation can be an early avenue to pursue.
In Quebec, approximately 10% (or 700,000) of all school children have learning difficulties, which translates to two to three children per classroom. Of these, at least 80% have language difficulties associated with learning.
